Leo Elizondo: Criminal Defense Attorney

Leo Elizondo

Associate Attorney

Leo Elizondo received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2025, where he focused almost entirely on Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. While in law school Leo interned with the Harris County Public Defenders Office (HCPDO) as well as local attorney Remington Alessi. Working with the HCPDO exposed Leo to various felony cases and gave him an opportunity to familiarize himself with local court processes and terminology. While working for Remington Alessi, Leo’s passion for criminal defense work was firmly established and he is proud to be able to put that passion to work for others every day.

Leo knows firsthand the effects that criminal charges and incarceration can have on people and knows how daunting it feels to face the possibility of being labeled a criminal. As a result, he will go above and beyond to help his clients and approaches each case with the utmost diligence and attention to detail to help ensure that clients receive the best representation possible.

Overall, Leo is devoted to protecting the rights of individuals accused of crimes and believes that every person deserves the strongest defense possible. Whether handling misdemeanors or serious felony charges, he works tirelessly to ensure clients’ voices are heard and their rights are upheld. Leo’s commitment to justice and genuine care for his clients make him a valuable asset to any legal defense team.
