Brief Synopsis: Client was charged with DWI. At the ALR hearing, the defense obtained testimony that the trooper lacked a radar lock or paced-speed calculation before the stop and had not properly completed HGN testing; discovery videos also appeared to be from another case. The charge was dismissed.
